Performance and Features

1.Automatically loading materials by feeder arms, and the feeding diameter is 1m. It can complete automatic feeding, laminating, die-cutting, waste discharge, and rewinding;

2.Feeding roller adopts a slip shaft type, which can handle multiple rolls of hot stamping film at the same time;

3.Every seat is independently controlled by servo motor, and can choose one of them to work;

4.During operation, the servo motor controls the material feeding length, saving film material;

5.The conveyor belt is divided into two sections and can be adjusted at different speeds to facilitate counting and sorting.

1.Are you a manufacturer?

2.machine adjustment and installation 

We can send technicians go to customers' country for machine installation and adjustment.

4. Quantity and quality guarantee

• Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation: 

       In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. 

• Guarantee period and after-sales services: 

        12 months since installation finish and machine normal working. During this guarantee period, We will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide spare parts at cost price. 

• Long-term service:

       We will charge the buyer the cost price of spare parts beyond guarantee time and provide long-term technical guide.
